West Chowan Baptist Association, the 60 churches in Hertford, Northampton and Bertie Counties. We here in the West Chowan Baptist Association are committed to the task of "producing much fruit" (John 15:8) by assisting our churches in the process of making "Christ Followers who will Follow Christ."

Baptists State Convention of North Carolina The (BSCNC,) which cooperates with the Southern Baptist Convention (SBC), includes 77 local Baptist associations and about 4,300 churches. Our cooperating churches are autonomous, and each church voluntarily decides to join the BSCNC in ministry and missions efforts. Gifts through the Cooperative Program and the North Carolina Missions Offering make the missions and ministries of the BSCNC possible. Headquarter offices are located in Cary, North Carolina.   Vision- “By God’s grace, we will become the strongest force in the history of this convention for reaching people with the message of the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ.” Milton A. Hollifield Jr., Executive Director-Treasurer

Southern Baptist Convention Meet Southern Baptists. For almost 175 years, Southern Baptists have sought to proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ to all people everywhere.  The Southern Baptist Convention was formed with a Gospel vision. Its founding charter identifies its singular focus: . . . for the purpose of eliciting, combining, and directing the energies of the Baptist denomination of Christians, for the propagation of the Gospel.  The Southern Baptist Convention (SBC) has grown to be a network of more than fifty thousand cooperating churches and church-type missions banded together to make an impact for God’s Kingdom.

We actively support local ministries such as
